UNIVERSAL CLEANING AND IONIZING MOS AIRBOX

MOS AIRBOX was developed as a universal comprehensive solution for cleaning parts, including removal of static charge on their surface.

   

Box function

The operator, or the robot, places the part in the box space. Blowing and ionization are started automatically by an optical sensor, possibly by a superior signal, a button, or perhaps by a foot valve. The integrated MOS air knife ensures an effective blow and at the same time creates an air curtain of the inlet opening. In the box space, it is also possible to use rotating dynamic nozzles for perfect cleaning of the part. A strong DC ionization rod ensures an effective discharge of the static charge on the surface of the part.

Cleaning the parts in the MOS AIRBOX will ensure an increase in the final cleanliness of the product, which is increasingly emphasized not only in the automotive industry. All the removed impurities are not swirled into the surrounding production area, but are extracted and filtered.
